A Brief Overview

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

An amazingly simple technique to learn, the ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student during a Reiki class. This ability is passed on during an "attunement" given by a Reiki master and allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of "life force energy" to improve one's health and enhance the quality of life.

Its use is not dependent on one's intellectual capacity or spiritual development and therefore is available to everyone. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds.

While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. It has no dogma, and there is nothing you must believe in order to learn and use Reiki. In fact, Reiki is not dependent on belief at all and will work whether you believe in it or not. Because Reiki comes from God, many people find that using Reiki puts them more in touch with the experience of their religion rather than having only an intellectual concept of it.

While Reiki is not a religion, it is still important to live and act in a way that promotes harmony with others. Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of the Reiki system of natural healing, recommended that one practice certain simple ethical ideals to promote peace and harmony, which are nearly universal across all cultures.

During a meditation several years after developing Reiki, Dr. Usui decided to add the Reiki Ideals to the practice of Reiki. The Ideals came in part from the five prinicples of the Meiji emperor of Japan whom Dr. Usui admired. The Ideals were developed to add spiritual balance to Usui Reiki. Their purpose is to help people realize that healing the spirit by consciously deciding to improve oneself is a necessary part of the Reiki healing experience. In order for the Reiki healing energies to have lasting results, the client must accept responsibility for her or his healing and take an active part in it. Therefore, the Usui system of Reiki is more than the use of the Reiki energy. It must also include an active commitment to improve oneself in order for it to be a complete system. The ideals are both guidelines for living a gracious life and virtues worthy of practice for their inherent value.

Questions to ask a Reiki Master about Reiki Training

There are many people teaching Reiki classes now.
Some are highly qualified and may be just the right teacher for you and others may not have the right energy for your needs. So, the question is often asked about how to choose a Reiki teacher that is right for you.
Here is a list of questions to ask any Reiki master who you are thinking about taking a class from.
•  How long have you been working with Reiki?
What training have you had?
How often do you teach?
How do you personally use Reiki?
What is your lineage?
•  Will this training initiate me into, or progress me within the Usui lineage?
If not, then which lineage is it a part of?
• 
What qualifications are required to take Reiki Training?
•  What do you cover in your classes? How many hours of class time is included?
How much time is instructional, and how much is hands on practice?
• 
What are the specific things I will be able to do after taking the training?
•  What are your fees, and will I receive a certificate and a manual?
•  Can I take notes and tape record the class?
•  How many symbols will I learn?
•  Is there a Reiki support group in my area or can you help me establish one?
• 
Will you openly support me in being a successful Reiki practitioner or master?
•  Do you have a positive respectful attitude toward other Reiki practitioners and masters, regardless of lineage or affiliation?
Be aware of how you feel about their answers and if they are responding in a loving manner that is supportive and empowering.
Listen to your heart and you will be guided to the right teacher.

RA~SHEEBA is a very powerful section of the available Universal Healing Energy.

As a collective vibration of humans, we have reached the required level of vibration, and the vortex of information and energy has begun to filter through. The last time that this level was accessed was in Egypt when "The Watchers" vibration finally reached this level. The "RA" - The Source, from the centre of the Great Central Sun.

The "SHEEBA" shows the way to "RA". Only through SHEEBA can we access "RA" and find our true path Home.

The RA~SHEEBA healing works directly on the Chakra's. Changing our DNA and electro-magnetics. In doing so, it teaches us and connects us to LOVE. Love being the thing that helps us progress on all levels.

We need to hold the Energy and allow the vibration to change us. Hold the Light. Show our Light to all and see who recognizes the Light.

It changes your vibration, changes your soul colours and opens the way for love to flow within your being.

What is Kundalini?

Basically, Kundalini means that certain healing channels and chakras have been opened, and you have thereby gained access to the Earth's energy. The Root chakra, which is the energy centre located near the coccyx, acts as an entrance for the Kundalini energy.

The Kundalini energy is also referred to as ”the Kundalini Fire”. Hereafter, the energy runs all the way up through the body, through the “main energy channel”, and out of the Crown chakra.

This energy channel goes from the Root chakra to the Crown chakra on the top of the head. An open Kundalini means that over a period of time, a complete cleansing of the chakras, the body parts and the energy channels is obtained.

A person who has, or has had problems with wrong Kundalini awakening, or other problems with the Kundalini energy, can most often be helped with Kundalini Reiki.

Kundalini Reiki 1 : The first attunement opens the healing channels to allow channeling of Reiki energy. At the same time you are prepared for the Kundalini awakening in Kundalini Reiki 2. The Crown, Heart and hand chakras are opened/strengthened.
Kundalini Reiki 2 : The Reiki channels are strengthened. The Kundalini awakening, where the main energy channel opens gently and surely, alighting the Kundalini “fire”, reaches the minimum Solar Plexus chakra, preparing for the full Kundalini rising in Kundalini Reiki 3.  In this way, all the chakras/energy systems are enlightened and a cleansing takes place. Kundalini Reiki 3 (Kundalini Reiki Master):
The previous attunements are strengthened
and the Throat, Solar Plexus, Hara and Root Chakras are opened. The Kundalini “fire” is strengthened and reaches up and out of the Crown chakra - full rising of the Kundalini takes place. Reiki1)

Extra included attunements:

1 - Balance, used to balance all energy systems on human body.

2 - Diamond Reiki, in which an etheric diamond will be above Crown Chakra of the practitioner, and make the energy flowing stronger.

3 - Crystalline Reiki- Inside the human body has a smooth small object crystals. These crystals have "records" from many trauma. With Crystalline Reiki these "records" will be cleaned.

4 - DNA Reiki, used to regenerate human DNA quality (NOT the same as DNA Activation).

5 - Birth trauma Reiki, the trauma caused by 'birth process' can be cleaned slowly.

6 - Location Reiki, used to make harmonious the 'karmic band' between human and a location (ie: hospital, cemetery, etc).

7 - Past Life Reiki, This technique is used to remove 'blockage' which occurred in past life.


Levels 4,5, & 6 (Also known as boosters 1-3) Each of these attunements strengthens the previously received attunements: Kundalini Reiki 1-2-3.

With each step all chakras, the main energy channel and the channels to the hands are widened and strengthened.
